I like it with the spolier of course but not the OE ones. May be one of those CF ones which Designation has on his baleno will look really cool.. The GT types are a bit too high for the baleno when compared to the OHC. Anything between the OE and the high rise GT ones should blend in pefect.

An M3 kind of lip along the boot line would also be a charm..

Can I change my vote ?

This was what I posted a couple of years ago on this thread :

But I have changed my mind and want to get the stock Vxi spoiler (not much of a fan of the 'raised' spoilers).

I know that the Vxi spoiler is SGP and would cost a packet, which is OK. But are these spoilers available at MASS ? I checked with ABT here and they don't seem to have it in stock. Any idea about how much they cost ?

My preference would be without a spoiler.

I had seen in a different forum where the polling options can be changed at any point of time.. would be nice if a similar one is integrated

I would prefer a Baleno without spoiler. A spoiler spoils the look of Baleno,IMO.

Have you fitted one? If yes, how much that costs?

I seen a Baleno with a spoiler bit raised than the original VXI one..seems like a Lancer one which really looked nice.

Here's a side profile view with the lancer spoiler.

I think this was iceman's baleno, he had a lancer spoiler on his car.

Last time I was at Evo Blore, I got to check out civic spoiler lying at his shop for sale & believe it or not it looked too good on the baleno.

After market Spoilers !! What do they spoil?

Why would anyone fit a spoiler to a Baleno and '"spoil" the smooth lines? Also any spoiler to my limited knowledge will alter the telemetry of the vehicle - for worse in most cases - unless the manufacturer sells it as an option. Fitting a spoiler to a vehicle just because it "looks" good (and compromises performance) is a little difficult to understand. IMHO one should check whether the design is compromised before throwing money at aftermarket parts.

Regards

No, not yet. Not sure if it is available with MASS - ABT did not have it last time I checked.

Try sourcing it from MSM. I got my Esteem's Type 2 spoiler from them. My apprehension in sourcing this in future made me go in for two pieces.

You have to place an order by paying about 50% of the cost of the spoiler and they arrange it to be delivered in about 2-3 weeks. These items are not generally available off the shelf. I can give you a reference at MSM if you are interested.

Sure, please PM me. I am OK with paying 50% advance.

I will apologise. Wrong word usage - gross. What I meant is the aero dynamic properties.

I am also in the search for a VXi spolier. The SGP ones are damn expensive at Rs: 14,000/- !!
