Ok ok, lemme clarify here. WHen i mentioned 1.6 engine, it wasn't the Baleno engine but some 1.6 DOHC engine from Japan. Yes it can be tuned to produce upto 475 hp. C'mon the 1.3 Rotary engines can be tuned upto 1000 hp, so 475 isn't difficult now, is it. Whether the car can take it or not depends on how the car setup is finally done.

Money really is the only impediment in such issues. Have money can tune upto whatever.

Hello Guys,
Yea revv's right... 1.6 and 475bhp.... its not a baleno engine... its a Swift engine modded by Suzuki Sport USA. These engines are on sale. It has the works. The engine is Turbocharged. Has everything you can think of.

Cheers
Dom

Suspension

What kind of suspension can you put on the zen to make the ride stiffer? Also how can u improve the brakes? The brakes are pathetic and under heavy braking alot of smokes comes out of the brakes. You have to use gears to slow down. Anyone knows what kind of suspension and brakes can put put in a zen to improve handling?

One question, how do you intend to put that power down on the road, without just having the wheels spinning in a frenzy? The Zen is already an ageing package, and I wouldn't think it's worth it. Also, rumours of a 1.5L 100 bhp Honda engine in the Zen is currently doing it's rounds.

hey guys..esp. speedsatya..there is an m800 in bangalore being fitted with a b16a honda engine....that is 1.6l twincam which comes in the civic and is 160 horses stock!! might be driven in speed run...they are having severe drive shaft and gearbox problems...earlier the clutch used to burn out, they have sorted that out by getting a race clutch.
