I was told that if i install 17 or 18, I wont be able to drive fast as they will require more attention, But I wanna play with the car for a while, so didnt went for them.....Even arush said the same so no use.

explain why one "can't drive fast as they will require more attention" ????? Did not quite get it. I have 17" on my Octavia & it drives just as fast as it did with 15" wheels. Am I missing something ??

Enjoy your car

I think what he is trying to say is that he will need to be more careful of potholes because of his low profile tyres.

I think he meant that heavier tires will make the car slow.

17" wheels on his car would have taken a 205/40 tire.... which well yeah does happen to rip apart a lot in delhi!

[quote=Ricky_63;666880]No pictures....surprising. Guess the car will only show up "after the make over" to make it look attractive to a potential purchaser. The car surely has no TT. Let's see when it actually surfaces on T-Bhp :-)

muahahaha!!!!!! that was a damn good one ricky_63!!!

Ricky_63 Well I dont know why your octavia replies so well on 17' also as they did on 15', but as per taking advise from the best advisers, I was told that if you wanna rev your car or wanna drift it, go for max 16' or else every second day a tyre will burst...So I just wanted to share that with all fellow bhpians here...Cheersss

Iam not sure if its the angle of the photos... but you might want to lower the car a bit.

The car looks good now and I agree with Jayabusa. Get rid of those stickers as soon as possible. They spoil the car and make it look really wannabe. A bloodr red MR2 as it is looks great.
