There was something i forgot to mention in the Last Post i mde two months ago. The M800, ZEN and the Esteem have the Same Carb mounting. so, You could just put a Zen or an Esteem carb on your 800 to give a huge bump in performance.

Dude i have a Racing camshaft. I used it for local Drag races 2 yrs ago. You will have 10 to 12 bhp more power. You can do wheel spin in 1st, 2nd & 3rd gear. Superb feel. I sold my 800 and i managed to remove the cam and the valves. I have a K&N filter with chrome plated cover made for 800. Lemme know if you are interested.

Re: Maruti 800 modification

I did not want to start a new thread. I have a 2002 Maruti 800. Yes, as all other Maruti 800s the brakes are pretty pathetic. How much do these brake booster kits cost? How do they work? I read somewhere that they used the compression of the engine. Will it work on an MPFi?

What is the difference between this end can and a Free Flow exhaust? I have heard that installing only mufflers can damage engines. Is it true? How much difference would it make if I get my maruti 800:
1. A performance exhaust kit.
2. A performance oil filter.
3. A performance air intake.
4. Engine decarbonisation.
And lastly how can this small car be made more throttle responsive?

FFE is a complete unit from headers to end of the exhaust. Adds to performance

End can is only replacement of last part of the exhaust. Only adds the sound

The mentioned mods will not add 100 bhp but yes it should be worth the money and effort. The car will become a marginally peppy.
