Scorpio Left Review View Mirror gone, stock not available, what next

waiting for the image of this Electronically Adjusted mirror for Scorpio, I fail to understand why M&M missed that on at least VLX version, anyway if this is OTS product then nothing like that, else we will know what adjusted need to be done!!
