Almost 2 years in the making, I had a vision to build something extraordinary, something which is unheard of in Indian motorsports, something very very powerful from inside but simple from outside... just like another car on the road... daily driven, on regular fuel that is available on a local pump.

The project had gone through various phases of build, sometime waiting for right parts to come & sometime waiting for funds to buy those right parts. i have experienced failure during initial part of the project, resulting in financial loss on my build, but I don't blame anyone for that. Instead, I took it up as a learning experience & it was then I felt & realized that if you want to build something different, you cannot rely totally on the resources available here in Mumbai. So I had to learn a lot & learn fast to adapt & then implement. The only thing I had was the "passion" & "determination" to build... to turn my "Power of dreams" into reality!

And this is the first step towards it, on 31st JAN 2009 at 2:46 PM i did get to taste the sweetness of success, i felt as if it was my "Pay Day" today for all the effort & hardwork gone in to this build in last 2 yrs.

The Dyno recorded 320 WHP at 17Psi of Boost at 8250 RPM, actually its more than 350 WHP at 9250 RPM, but on that day the Dyno software was scaled only up to 8200 rpm & was not taking any reading above that which KS found out later, the engine was doing an easy 9300 RPM run. Going by Injector Duty cycle which were running 100%, the AFR value & Torque curve the Car was making approx 350+ WHP at 9200 RPM.

Here's the Graph

This is just the beginning. The Best is yet to come !

Congrats congrats congrats!Do share some details of the car if you can

350 WHP at 9250 RPM nice nice. Never thought of an OHC that powerful.

Holy! Heartfelt congratulations dude :) Inspirational for the rest of us.

clap:Jitu Bhai!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!clap: " The Best is Yet to Come"??? When??

it's like shelby gt 500 of indian cars..

great one congratzzz

but how does the graph showing the decrease but the output is still higher

i mean you saying 350+at 9250rpm then after 8200 rpm how it can show decrease in dyno run

i am not a geek just a query ,i need knowledge on it

thats an amazing achievement ford_rocam. Not many have been able to do that to an OHC. Could you share 0-100, quarter mile timings as well.

350whp:Shockked: from an OHC is mind boggling, Congrats Jitu bhai. :)

OMG! congratulations! never imagined soo much of power in an OHC

One question though - How the hell do you steer if 350 WHP is directed to the front wheels?

Impressive none the less! Great job!

:Shockked: I'm speechless. I want a ride in your car next time.

350 is an amazing figure:)
congrats:)

So does that make it the Most Powerfull OHC in India???

It sure does...:D

@ Jitu Bhai - i also want a drive in your car soon.
