Dot kow if the service guy will do it. best bet are diar ad amit (tech0n0logist) they will help you out.
But I recommend rolling the fenders a bit, costs 200-300 only. Suspension stiffening 4k upwards

@iceman91 (Amit right?) - Can you please elaborate the term "rolling the fenders"?

Does it mean to create a bigger gap inside the wheel arch to accommodate a bigger profile / to prevent wheel scraping?

Please share how this is done.

hey guys, thanks for the fender rolling tip, will surely implement it! As "Vandit" and I are on the same quest, I thought I’ll join his thread instead of creating a new one. My goal is to turbo my city to produce upto 150-170 bhp. Forum member "kutlee" has been very helpful and is guiding me through the turbo charging process. As he suggested the Greddy D16 kit suits fine.
I am taking the upgrade process step by step as a budget of 2 lkh is a bit hard to attain lol!

Present Upgrade till date:
1. ICE done
2. FFE from Automech done
3. 15" wheels and alloys almost done
4. CAI or just an universal filter with custom piping, next

I would like some help in identifying (part numbers) which performance filter / filter kit (any brand) can be used for OHC Type 2.
Also should I go for the entire CAI kit or just buy the filter and get the piping done locally and in doing so will be any difference in performance between the two?,plus if anyone can attach installation pics, it will be great! Thanks

If 205/50R15 works with the OHC, then so should 195/55/R15. I would recommend this size. Good grip, ride quality, and FE.

cool, thanks all

Will go in for the Yokohama S Drives 195/50R15's!!

Now only to find a good dealer with decent prices!

My next quest is Alloys. What's the ballpark range for them??

I've seen a lot of people talk about LENSO's. Are there any other good brands?

actually it works but only that, the latter is more off the tolerance than the 205 size.
205 is 1cm more dia whereas 195/55 is a little over 2cm extra dia ( am running that but in next tyre change will go to either 195/50 or 205/50 ) and retain the old 195/55 for Chennai track days

vandit - as for alloys there are plenty of brands. Indian as well as imported ones. typically one hears a lot about the Lenso name in the forum. I too have that. I presume its of good quality. 15" set me back by around 25k for a set of 5.
price depends a lot on the brand/size/design you choose. good to start with a budget and then start looking around

am sure Mumbai guys can refer some reliable shops to go to
