The difference is in the Sulphur content of the Diesel sold here. Due to its high sulphur content, when fitted with these higher-performance boxes (compared to the one's sold by Pete's) the cars tend to give out huge amounts of smoke. Power output is indeed increased but at the cost of smoke bellowing out from the exhaust and consequently FE is also impacted.

Even with Pete's boxes, the cars which are running them on the higher levels (+2 setting) even with a replacement air filter tend to give out significant amounts of smoke.

Great to know they deliver to India.

That looks attractive. 615 - 15% = 523 - 21% VAT = 432 Euros = Rs. 30K + import duty.

PSI increases the torque/power proportionally at all rpms (according to the graph in their website). Not sure if it means, increasing fuel injection pressure proportionally. Looks attractive!! Only if we could try our hands before purchasing.

For india our webshop will automatically remove the belgian 21% VAT, in this case you have to pay the import taxes on delivery. [ how much will this cost]
P-Tronic additional box-units :: power kit ::engine chips :: diesel chips :: power box-units :: diesel tuning :: power box-unit :: chiptuning :: increase engine power :: diesel booster :: TDI tuning :: additional box-unit (NEW)

There is 15% discount at this time ( and free delivery to india )

What are the new benefits of the P-tronic® add-on unit?

2. Other manufacturers’ units increase the fuel injection pressure proportionally without taking into account the speed at which the engine is running. By contrast, thanks to its new program, the P-tronic® add-on unit “Intelligent injection controller” constantly checks the intake levels for ignition and the engine temperature. It is combined with a new system for monitoring the running of the engine.

I just stumbled onto this thread. Has anyone in t-bhp bought the p-tronic tuning box yet?

The bhp & torque increases they claim on their website seem to be much more than the PSI boxes that bhpians have used.
