ok now i have a doubt...
i was thinking about doing a TB job and was wondering why not just bolt on the optra TB.
any idea how much of a difference it would make to the performance?

What's the difference in diameters? Does it fit directly? And if it's bigger, you will need to portmatch the intake manifold mouth to the TB's diameter.

Going more than 4-6mm increase in diameter will ultimately hurt your low-mid range powerband unless the mods you've done require it.

yes i think the difference is in that range.
also one thing i was wondering (when i was down with jaundice & in bed) what if i swap to an optra 1.6 ecm aswel? dont know if it makes sense but i would like to know how it would work and if not the reason why.

Update: Suspension overhauled.
Pipercross Conical filter ( K&Ntaken off!). i must say that the car runs so much better with the Pipercross.
New paint scheme & Racing seats this Jan.

Update: Hood , roof & boot painted black.
Red xenons replaced by white for better visibility.
Racing seats didnt fit. waiting for the right size.

Is there any1 else on the forum whos working on a Chevy???!!!
