Not sure if you have made the necessary changes for your fog lams but if you still have not i have a small suggestion. Change your head lamps to 90/100 philips (the bluish white ones) and add a pair of hella auxillary units and lign them to your requirement. Nothing beats this set up. I have hella ralleye 3003 on my ritz and night time highway driving is a breeze. Those lamps along with the headlights light the whole road up when needed.
