Just thought would update it here, I have done almost 55 k kms in 3 years after installing CNG kit in my Ritz, the kit has performed really well. I never required to visit the installer for any regular tuning. The car still returns 20+kmpkg in city traffic with AC on, which I feel is a tremendous fuel efficiency.

Thanks for the update, good to hear that your car is running smoothly. In fact its almost the same with my car, its done close to 110K kms and is running fine. Only issue I've faced is that my Air-Box (Air filter casing / housing) had to be replaced thrice.
