Are Tireflys illegal ?

oh.. i had bought a pair of Red ones from Wal-Mart around 1 1/2 year back for $5 or something..but those weren't locking ones,and weren't even continuous brightly illuminated ones..they were flashing/non-locking type..I used it on my bicycle after evening..!!..one day I forgot to take them off,and had parked the bicycle in the building complex - next day - they had vanished !!

so - buy locking ones + brightly illuminated,not flashing type (flashing ones don't form a bright circle,unless you're at a very high speed !)
As for this discussion - I don't think there will be cop problems if anyone uses tirefulys on road in India..but I know there are problems sometimes with under body neons/lic. plate blue small neon bulbs..
