+100 to that. Based on my experience I can say that the Fiat salesmen are excellent at dissuading people from buying a Punto/ Linea. My friend had warned me about this, but I did not believe him till I had my TD. Gish, one has to see them in action to believe they are actually doing it!
It is definitely a good initiative from Fiat and in a way it is appreciation fro existing customers which is rarely seen in the Indian market.

Guys, I have not received my GPS system yet. I had actually sent the copy of purchase invoice of both mine and my friends car along with the unique ID to Ms. Shefali Chopra on 23rd February but till now I have not received any information.

Unfortunately, I think you have missed the train buddy.
Read the instructions of the offer carefully (1st page of this thread).
Its clearly stated that THE CAR MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE DEC-31-2010 AND THE DOCUMENTS SHOULD REACH BEFORE JAN-15-2011.

You are right as the pic about the referral programe in the thread says so. But in Kerala this offer was introduced only in February. I got the SMS about this offer only in February. Any way now I have contacted Ms. Shefali Chopra again and I think I will be getting it.

Thats a good news, I also saw your reply in MCR's ownership thread.
the LX130 is a nice unit. I got it within 15 days and also sold the unit for 8k-all this in 1 month's time.

My wife was not happy with me because in her opinion, I had wasted money on my GPS unit.
I had bought the Blaupunkt Travel pilot Lucca when I bought my car.
After this deal...I compensated for that and now she is quiet
