I'm yet to get a call from PBK for this replacement. Not in any hurry since this is not giving me any trouble *touchwood*.

4th service is due, hopefully next weekend, will get this looked into then.

Ride safe

Hey Adi, this is not a major problem as far as I know but Kawasaki decided to replace the part as few riders in the north complained about the engine getting cut off while taking a turn at 100+ kmph Atleast that's what was told to me when I inquired about the recall. No such issues reported from the south however.

Also, can you tell me what needs attention in the 3rd service?

Cheers!

3rd service is mostly the same routine stuff like oil change, etc. but in addition they service the brakes, check for loose bolts if any and tighten, replace air filter, coolant, brake fluids, check valve clearances and adjust if needed, etc.

Cost me 5k excl. cost of oil and this was last year.
