When i did a UAE parts price check, they did not seem expensive to me (probably after car parts prices, bike parts seem on the lower side). I am waiting to see what parts and price they bring to India. If its cheaper to import i'll just do that.
The Akras I believe are only for the 125. 200s have a bigger dia exhaust than the 125s.

I was wondering when Bajaj was going to release the KTM in the new paint schemes. Any idea if the prices are the same for these two new options?

They have also increased the prices. The Duke 200 now costs Rs. 1.43 lacs on road Pune. The price is irrespective of the color. You can check out Bike India's link here for more details:http://bikeindia.in/news/what-is-new...ts-new-colours

Guys, I am all excited to hear news about 390. However I am interested to know more about 200. It should serve my purpose very well. Do you know anything about 2013 Duke 200? When is it getting launched? Can we expect any improvements over 2012 ones? Do you think we will get ABS in 200 this year? Don't want to buy an older version, if a new one is around the corner. If this information is already available somewhere, can you please point me to the links? Appreciate a ton.

Downsized the rear sprocket from 37 to 33 teeth (from Zma- Direct fit). My observations after riding around 3000Ks : Still has decent torque to pick up from 2nd from stand still, effortless cruising in 100 @6.5K RPMs, does 120 in 5th, but overall the response has smoothened out. I would suggest this mod to anyone looking to tour more comfortably on the D200. Oh and it requires a new link type chain as the stock ones are sealed type n cannot be shortened.
Cheers.

Hi, Is it not compulsory to balance the wheel after changing the tires. I checked with KTM service center, they do not have any wheel balancing equipment, simply informed me kindly the tire replacement on a machine or either get the wheel balanced out in any car wheel alignment balancing centers. In Hyderabad i have checked with nearly all the prominent car wheel centers no one has the motor bike balancing equipment. Kindly let me know where I can get the balancing done.
Thank you.
Regards,
