Sebring, was there any reason as to why you had to go to a reputed non OEM garage to get your bike looked at? Considering the history of with your bike's engine and the fact that Suzuki's team has worked on it, will it not be best to leave all the root causes analysis and fixing to the team from the showroom / company? That's what I would do, if I was in your shoes.
Anyways, coming to Highlander, I have never been to the garage. Neither do I know them. However, I have heard excellent feedback on the quality of their workmanship. I feel you are reading too much into your experience. Had the shoe been on the other foot, and it was your bike that was being serviced, you would probably be ticked off if the head mechanic kept pausing his work on your bike, to go and attend to everyone who walked into his garage. I know I would be. That is just how we biking enthusiasts are!
Anyways, hope that you can detail the "drag" issue in depth on your thread and get a resolution to this new problem with your VStrom. |
