| ![]() According to a media report, the updated Royal Enfield Himalayan could be launched by the end of January 2021. ![]() The revised Himalayan is expected to get a tweaked frame and will come equipped with Tripper Navigation. The bike is also likely to get new colours including silver and pine green. Tipper Navigation is essentially a turn-by-turn navigation system. It is likely to be housed within a separate pod on the semi-digital instrument cluster similar to the Meteor 350. It will have Bluetooth which can be used to pair a smartphone via the Royal Enfield app. The updated Himalayan is expected to retain the same BS6 compliant 411cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine as the current model. This unit produces 24.3 BHP and 32 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Source: Autocar Link to Team-BHP News Last edited by TusharK : 11th January 2021 at 16:22. |

| ![]() Tripper navigation is a welcome addition, but they should also increase the height of the visor by 3 inches to reduce the wind buffeting. I have observed many Himalayan owners using a visor extender which not only spoils the look from the front end but also reduces the visibility due to the holding clips. Off-Topic: The new short film "Chomolungma Lam Thu | Royal Enfield’s Ride to Mount Everest" on Royal Enfield's YouTube Channel is really beautiful, and demonstrates how capable this motorcycle is, given the affordable price. |

| ![]() Tripper navigation is a welcome addition. Any idea if this will be available as an accessory to existing owners? At the Himalayan's launch, I really hope they launch the much needed tripper-nav and alloy wheels for the Twins as well. |

Though it will be a welcome addition, adding the Tripper Navigation to the existing set up might require some expensive modifications, pretty sure the meter mounting base plate is different. Last edited by rakesh_r : 9th February 2021 at 12:15. |

| ![]() The updated 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan has been launched with prices starting at Rs 2.01 lakh. The model was updated to comply with BS6 norms nearly a year ago, and you can head here to read our review on that model. For 2021, the Himalayan gets a few updates to its features and design. Updated Himalayan prices start at Rs 2.01 lakh. Features minor change to the frame around the tank. Gets Tripper Navigation system and new colour schemes. 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan: Colours In terms of overall design, the bike remains largely the same as before. The most significant differentiation factor is the new colour schemes that the bike will be available in. These include the Granite Black and Pine Green colour schemes. 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan: Tripper Navigation The updated Himalayan also features an additional pod on the right side of its existing digi-analog instrument cluster. This system is the same Tripper Navigation unit that made its debut on the new Meteor 350. https://www.autocarindia.com/bike-ne...1-lakh-419910/ |
