now i have upjet the bike. its working fine. i has given the bike a new life in regards to pick-up. feels really good to zip past everyone.

Could you tell us the jet size? old and new one? I would appreciate it if you could upload a picture of the filter placement.

don't know the jet size. but it is the old jet itself. will post the picture of filter placement. it is fitted in the same old box. i haven't kept the box cover open. u can keep it for that growling sound if u want. but i haven't. just thinking of keeping for some days open just to see, how it feels. it really roars with this filter.

pictures of the K&N Fliter fitted in box. i have kept it open for some days.
men it has an awesome roaring sound. Everybody looks at me when i m riding it.

hey rakowli,where in mumbai did you get the filters and the jet for your bike??I had lost interest as couldn't find anyone,in doing my bike but now again i am seem to be in action,do let us know about the FE and is it suggested for everyday riding about 65km-70km up-down.

i got the filter in Tardeo (4 Season Automobiles). Opp Crossroads there is a mill in that is their Workshop.upjetting i did from my local mechanic.

Hey sorry for delay. FE is 45kmpl. It has come down. minimum speed 50kmph and little rash driving becoz you can never drive it slow after that roaring sound. i have no problem with the FE.

how to rejet my bike after fitting the the k&n filter ? any local mechanic can do it easly ? and air filter have to be fitted inside the filter box or i can fix it removing the stock filter box ?
i am having a after market exhuast made in taiwan brought from blore.
right now running in stock exhuast only.
shall i refix the after market exhuast or settle with the stock exhuast after rejeting ? which one you guys prefer for perfomance and sound ?
