Here's my Kiny:
Pimped Kiny

Running
Roaring Wire Mesh Filters
Crash Bobbins
Lightweight clutch rollers
HIgher launch RPM
Porting
Carb Upjetting
Home Made Turbo kit providing 0.5 PSi boost
Extended Mono
Twin Halogens
High Speed SparkPlugs(Kinetic recommeded)
Continental 110/85 tyres OR 3.5 Conti Normal size ones
Lightweight alloys
StreetFighta Lookin' no fairing.
Fatter SparkPlug wires(Got them free)
Cut out main stand to increase cornering clearance
Aluminium finish handlebars and levers

Im really surprised that you beat 100cc in drags, cause mine destroyed all em splendors just running these mods.

That dio guy is hemank, and we both are part of gravity Warriors.
You dont need all power mods for wheelies, you can pick up a stock KIHO or DIO just like that. Technique.. But dude has great skill.

BTW, I was the one who took those pics..hehe...photographer inside of me!

I dont have much money to spent on my kiny but will get all DADDY mods done from Chinoy. The besta two-twoke tuner.

Your clutch will get fried over and over again.
Try importing Malossi clutch kits. They dont cost that much.

A quick throttle is a dumb idea. I had put it on for motocross practise

Here what I think you shud do: Should jump power EVEN MORE!

*FlatSide Carbs
*A UNi oR Wire mesh filters. K&N's not worth.
*UPJET.immediately
*Higher Launch RPM
*A Boost bottle
*Fatter tyres at back
*Cut down all em commuter parts
*RDdreams CDI kit from chinoy. he rocks maan
*

That is wierd trying to run a turbo on a kiney ... a good job on the ports will get you alot more power than what .5 psi of boost ever will. Please do contact Ron and get his views too.

IT is kinda of a electric turbo setup running on a experimental basis.
It uses a fan driving a compressor inside a plasticky thing, only that the setup runs entirely on battery. My indicators dont work, only headlight, no horn even.
Im estimating that it you provide 0.5psi boost..

ron laughs his ass off with each of my questions.

but overall, the advantages are not significant unless im running a lot richer..

And i could put in big bore kits, porting but then, it messes the clutch bad, reduces my pocket to nil, and it is my everyday bike.
will do it once i get ma apache

I dont think a battery driven fan will give you that pressure instead it work as a restriction to the intake. However your cooling fan to the block could give you the same pressure if sealed well.

Anyway never said it is not right to try, but the logical steps are the easiest steps. porting can be done even without sacrificing life of the engine.

where exactly have you placed the fan? is it at that square hole to the air box?
or if your wiremesh is directly on the carb...then where have you attached the fan

@psycho suppose the engine cooling fan or an A/C compressor is connected to the mouth of a bigger carb ... would it actually deliver the air to the engine.. i mean wouldnt pressure in the carb become too much ?
how about a fan after the carb...on the manifold
any good ?
was thinking about this a while ago...wouldnt be too difficult to get hold of a fan and a separate battery or run it on dynamo or something like that
