On the wild side you could consider a hydbrid bike of sort(like adding batery/ electric motor), OTOH, there are larger engines on bikes so if the frame is big enough conventional cooling could do.

Good thing about using the bullet gearbox is that its a separate housing that sits behind the engine.(harley style) In all other bikes, the engine and the trans are in one housing so it hard to separate them.

btw it will be almost impossible to get it registered and be street legal even if its in India yeah unless its some mantri or mla riding it.

also the torque curve will have to be changed or else u will burn those tyres in 2nd gear wheelspins for a bike with car engine the torque will be too much as the weight has reduced.
rd gearing is not good for this engine infact a bulls (lousy) gearbox would prove a bit milder.

U'll get a M800 carb at pudupet for around 8k.

Since u have plans to drag, i suggest u thoroughly read every rule and clause in the Speedrun rules&regulations.

Our very own Ludhianavi did it the first in India long long ago even before these guys......
Overdrive carried that test. Hell, even the BBC guys came to test it.

Pssstt... here's a secret.
Now that gypsy idea has been copied by many, that bike getting a 1.5L nissan engine...

Wasnt there an article in Overdrive 2 years ago about a bike with a Gypsy 1000 cc engine?

I think Maruti-engined bikes have been done a few times. So that makes it defenitely possible.
