The 3M Nomad mats should cost you somewhere around 4000 odd. Not sure of the exact amount. I have been using them for over 9 months now. The feel of these mats is pretty good. With regards to their shelf-life, I don't think it should be a problem. It could easily go for around 2 years as a minimum. The rear-seat mats could even go longer depending on the usage. I feel only the driver side mat would really undergo wear and tear due to the constant movement of feet between the ABC pedals. As such the charges of these mats are Sq. Ft. based too and you could only change the driver-side mat if needed later on and not need to pay a huge amount once again after a couple of years.

I actually found them to be better than 3D Mats.

I am planning to put up an ownership review soon, but need quick help in the following areas

1. Having used a car with black interiors earlier, I am really worried about the seats getting soiled soon. Where can I find good seat covers in Chennai and a professional install? I stay in OMR

2. I bought 3D mats on ebay. They are just an OK fit and dont provide 100% coverage to the carpet area, especially the vertical surfaces of the carpet. Any idea of how I can protect them? I am not in favor of end to end vinyl (?) carpeting which will spoil the looks

For e.g. I personally also liked Urban Titanium but when I saw it in flesh, I quite did not like it as much which made my colour selection easier...;)

Nothing major, except that you should consider getting the air filter changed. It is supposed to be changed every 20k km but in my experience, it needs cleaning every 5k km and HAS TO BE replaced every 10000km, ie at every regular service, Delhi - NCR conditions. Ditto for my Jazz
