The traffic jams, accidents are more of human errors than the infrastructure or roads, if everyone follows the traffic rules would we be having any accidents or traffic jams? its all over the country than restricted to a particular city or region it's everywhere, no matter who broader the roads are still we would see accidents and traffic jams. all we can do is follow the rules.

You should drive down the 4 lane highways. You will see all sort of vehicles going down the wrong side to avoid going around the nearest median. The whole purpose of having 4 lanes is defeated. Problem is they very well know they are doing a wrong but just dont care.

How many have seen morons in big cars coming down the wrong side below the IRR flyover in Bangalore to save going an extra 700 meters?

Saw many other accidents on that road too yesterday, including a ghastly one which happened a couple of minutes before I arrived, involving a truck and two bikers, but didnt take pics of that because of the blood stained bodies. Was a horrible sight, to say the least.
