Road Safety
(
https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/road-safety/)
An empty road is a generous parking space. This VIP car was parked for more than an hour. The driver was in a shop nearby buying vegetables.
I was the idiot yesterday . The exit from my daughters school forms a T with the main road.Horizontal dashed lines indicate exit points
Dotted lines are just space fillers.

I had two options 1)Closer exit which required me to exit just behind a parked car 2) Another exit which needed me to go a longer way
I chose to take exit 1 and had to slowly nudge my car forward while looking through the window of the parked car that there was no traffic. I have an XUV 700 which has a long bonnet.
Should have simply taken exit 2.
These are a few videos from the recent trip to Hyderabad.
This biker is closely following the bus and just going behind it like a fly whizzing around sweets.

There is a road deviation and this red Honda Jazz driver lost patience and tried to go to opposite lane to overtake the auto. Suddenly, when the Jazz driver saw oncoming traffic, they couldn't merge on time and had to join behind me. Now, he had to follow 2 vehicles.

What are those stones on the dividing line? How are they even allowed? These pose more risk than the behavior of the driver. I have never seen such a 'divider' so far.

Most likely some roadworks would be going on the opposite lane and hence this side has been temporarily made a 2 way.
Are they stones though? Usually they use some cans or drums filled with sand. Not able to make out from the video.

They are paint or oil tins, filled with some stuff. :Frustrati

A speeding Jeep Compass bring driven on the Worli - Bandra sealink was carrying a lady with her head and upper torso sticking out of the sunroof. The police has issued a challan based on a video on the social media. It's praiseworthy and acts as a deterrent for other wannabe "good views and fresh air thru the sunroof" enthusiasts.
We have discussed the perils and risks that come as baggage with sunroofs in other threads.

This guy is surely under influence or he is getting chased by someone! But what a dangerous being to be on road, hopefully MVD or Police watches this video and suspend his license. He should not be allowed on roads!
