IMO Its closed on Wednesdays in Gir too. I am sure about Gir Interpretation Zone.

We had gone to a trip to Gir in Feb 2011 - and had done Safari on Wednesday evening, Thursday and Friday.

So dont think that the Safari is closed on Wednesday.

With a heavy heart and a big disappointment, I have to state that my this Gujarat - Mumbai trip stands cancelled due to a highly unavoidable circumstance & situation.

Thank you all for all the help, suggestion, tip and information provided to me while planning this vacation that my family & I were very eagerly looking forward to.
