Asking for Sr. Citizen inlaws. Has any used the meet and greet services at the BLR airport? Please share any recent experiences and costs involved? One of them has difficulty walking for long and hence want to use this service, cost permitting.

Might be very elementary, still thought of posting, if it benefits someone. Recently booked an Indigo flight from Madurai to Bangalore, a non-refundable one. Unfortunately, I did a typo mistake on the surname of my co-passenger. Luckily my friend checked and highlighted it. Tried to reach out to their customer support, but it was going on in loops with their automated system. Finally dropped an email to Indigo Support customer.experience@goIndiGo.in explaining the issue, PNR number. Within an hour, they rectified it at the back-end and issued me fresh ticket.
