It also has an addition to its previous one with the same characters in which the old man tells his wife that they have to attend the marriage of someones daughter who is not his relative but someones neighbor.Any one remembers it

The Wagon R ad with Madhavan! Its outright stupid. Like the car has given him pathbreaking ideas to do farming and grow Apples!
First I thought it was something to do about some apple/juice company and in the final second he is standing next to car which gives us a faint hint that its about the car! Sheesh!!
And I thought the MK II from TATA was bad!

even i thought the mk2 add was lame.
in the add "everthing does not seem like what it really is !! you can take it as negative publicity for the sumo also, mk2 is not seem like what it really is

The IDBI ads with the kid and the elephant are kind of cute ...

We see lot of ads on TV about cars and bikes. I think it is about time we had a thread poking fun at these ads where there is scope. Just for laughter and nothing else. It should be taken in lighter vein and laughed off and not to be taken to heart. Readers please step forth and contribute.

Here is my take on VW ad. VW fans, please take this in lighter spirit and don't pick up arms. This is a satttire on the ad and not on VW cars. I love VW cars, too.

Kid: Can I book this VW for my 24th birthday when I become vice president.

Salesman: Sure can.

Kid: And book this one for my 26th birthday when I become the CEO.

Salesman: Yessiree!

An onlooker at this point: And book a prison cell for this kid on his 28th birthday when he gets arrested for financial scam, tax evasion, embezzlement, cooked audit books and for bleeding his company to death.

Before you scream sacrilege, remember Enron, Satyam and host of other corporate giants ending belly up in India, US and elsewhere.
