I personally think that the HDFC ad makes a lot of sense. Who wouldnt like to live with their heads held high, walking on their own 2 feet without help from anyone now?!

The happydent ad is bloody brilliant though! Kinda freaky in the beginning, but brilliant none the less!

OT: Hey amitoj, I THINK your signature should be, "So long and thanks for all the fish"

Godspeed,

Alok

any ad repeteadly immediately twice or thrice is more annoying than good or bad ad in my opinion.

Speaking of.. lastnight on StarWorld.. that GODAWFUL Matrix Sim Card about that RETARD sitting in Paris eating breakfast was repeated 2 or 3 times during ROCKSTAR SUPERNOVA... and I don't mean in various breaks.. I mean during ONE COMMERCIAL BREAK... I almost took something and threw it at the TV.. then I remembered the MUTE button on the remote!

Anyone remembers this recent ad of an ac or a cooler - where a female gets up from bed and the husband has a go at her again , she says "uff ohh sone ke liye ac/cooler band karna hi padega "

That was hilarious - maan shudnt she be shutting her windows first ?

How cud I miss this thread??? Well talking about A/C's guys seen the adv whr SRK jumps around with the powder "Duniya ka chotta ac" WTF??? and those Navratna Hair oil with Govinda, SRK, Amitabh sayin "Tanda tanda cool cool",....utter crap. The Onida ads are nice with the guy with horns, and the Hutch ads too.

Guys y dint anyone mention the ads here in the South??? They will make u jump out from the terrace of a 20 storey bldg. Especially the Saree ads which come in theatres before the movie begins....all ladies dancing around. Makes u walk out of the hall, literally!!!!

All the Sania Mirza "SPRITE" ads suck big time ! "Sania aap t-shirt pe kuch kyun likhti hain" or " Sania aap nose ring kyu pahenti hai" ....ridiculous questions with even more idiotic answers......

Infact Sania has been quite unlucky as far as ads go - I dont remember the product but its TATA Tea I think - Sania holding a new born kid (also named Sania) thinking "mere naam pe itna bharosa" cheeeesssss

Big Time OT - btw I just love Mr Shirke and his bald partner (2 guys on MTV). They are awesome with those 30 sec fillers
