I think it was Fast & Furious 9. As far as I know they used scanned data (Photogrammetary/Lidar) for the capturing the base mesh and then built a cleaner surface over the scanned data in Maya,

It's probably not possible to get the vehicle creation process of the studio online but it is somewhat like this video, they've used LIDAR here.


Check their channel for some interesting breakdowns.
