Try Ultimate whey, Am Pro, I think you can get Isopure easily in Delhi. I have used it extensively and let me warn you tht its the worst tasting of the lot but i think one of the best. It got lesser amount of Cholesterol and yes get the 0% carb one

How do I put on weight without exercising? I eat a lot. My work schedule doesn't permit me to enter a gym at a stipulated time. Only drawback is just 8 hours of sleep and too much of smoking (10's pack a day to be precise). I weigh 60kgs and stand close to 6 feet 1 inches which is too less for my height I guess. Experts any advice?

LOLLLLLLLL. Thats a good idea - but only for one body part.

well.. lots of experienced guys have said soo many things.... didnt knew we have members who are into bodybuilding and exercisng so seriously.... i started exercising when i was quiet young.. played football.. so had to be very concious on diet and other things.... well its been many years doing it... am not a body builder in any ways.. but what i have learnt in past few years is.. one should rely on natural diets...eat healthy.. sleep well.. and exercise correct... half of the people dont even know the correct postures of exercising and then spend soo much on suppliments and other things....there isnt anything to natural diets... and to be strong.. one should eat healthy..... and not skip meals...... one more area i feel people just neglect from their exercise regime is legs...... it doesnt matter if u cant show/falunt them like ur biceps..but they truly are the building blocks for a healthy body....if the legs arent strong one cant have a good physique.....

Answers to all:
Weight gain without exercise is the easiest thing to do....eat lots and lots of fat and carbo.....if you are a vegetarian - bread, butter, bananas, cheese....anything that has the potential of storing high energy in your body!

My key object was to keep you all away from creatine unless and untill recommmended and taken under supervision of your gym instructor. In body building the fact is that somethings suit you and something do not - if resource shows better developments, nothing like it....otherwise try soy protein etc.....but you got to find the right thing for you and continue it for good.

Key mantra for anything you do in life is - 'THE FIRST THING YOU EAT OR DO IN THE MORNING IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE'. A simple logic is that your stomach is empty for a long time and more willing to accept what you eat......i saw massive gains with protein shake early morning.....people who wanna get slim should jog in the morning, as the body has nothing to get energy from, and here the body fat is utilized!.....similarly, if you want to get fat, take a high carb breakfast with banashake, curd, whole grain, sprouts etc. for immediate results............but it is all dependent on what suits your body the best.....do not idolize someone else's workout techniques, exercises or body, we all are different. Goodluck! Keep pumping all!

---seems Baba Ramdev has big following all over India!!:)

---Medical science is not based on logics but on proven facts after yrs of research. If at all there are some logics, that should ideally be left to medical scientists/ specialist doctors

---:confused:never read any thing like that in my medical career-to get fat immediatley!!

Guys be careful about diet supplements as these will invariably have some harmful components like steroids which can be very dangerous.
If someone has Arnold as his idol he just needs to increase his diet manyfold accordingly.

Running and brisk walk are the best exercises one can do depending upon his age to keep the body fit and away from heart diseases..And it just needs 20-30 min.

human body is the most perfect machine ever made on earth.take care of it.

the question is why do you want it. you will thank urself later for having a lean body.

try to keep fit, if you can survive half an hour of work out 3 times a week, you shud ignore your lean physique. increasing the weight just for the sake of begin heavior doesn't sound wise to me.
and if you work out, you will need more sleep.

I eat chicken and veggies...eggs as well.

dude, i don't know what is your/your trainers strategy, but cardio on fatigued muscles can give you injuries. either do it before the workout, or dedicate a day to it completely (better).

bottomline: after a heavy workout, all you need is food, water and rest. let that set of muscles rest for 48-72 hrs completely when they can recover and build themselves. else you will be hurting them.

exactly. I am totally in favor of keeping fit and building bodies, but if you go the the extremes, be ready for consequences. after 30-40, you body may start demanding pain killers and vitamin supplements even for normal bodily functions.

look at personal pages of pro body builders to see the kind of diet and supplements they take. their bodies are so busy building themselves that even to fight a common cold, external help is required. read the amount of vitamins and antibiotics they take even without any illness.

and about the so called "natural supplements", even marijuana occurs naturally. not everything that's natural is safe.

guys how to get rid of the fat on stomach........i used to abdamons but now i stopped doin it.....can any one tell how to loose the fat on stomach.......

1. Liposuction
2. Starvation
3. Intense cardio.
