this similar amby used to be available at India Hobby Centre Madras and Calcutta in the 1970's notably 1974-1975.
It used to cost (then) the princely sum of Rs 10/-

ha! i have been a lazy observer these last couple months
i ve got a couple more little beauties - will take pics and post! but do tell me where I can also get such a landry - I love landries.

Time for some updates . I went to gift center recently with my firends and picked up some beauties for ourselfs Here is the list for now

1- Hotwheels - Ferrari 250 LM - 1:18
2- Hotwheels - Austin Martin V8 Vantage - 1:18
3- Motor Max - 2002 BMW 7- Series - 1:18
4- Bburgo - Lamborghini Reventon - 1:24

Time for another photoshoot i guess.

A good news for scale model collectors who collects the scale model of only Indian cars...
Centy Toys is has come with a scale model of Tata Nano..a must have one.....
a plastic scale model but a good finish....a sunroof & under hood engine details alos shown...
I have got one for mine in pearl white color....
go for it.....

The Landcruiser is fantastic Dussey. It is this and other classics like the LR Defender which I want in my collection. I'm looking for a 1:18 Defender 110. Hope I catch hold of one soon.

Thanks guys. These are Kinsmarts, and scale is 1/36, as Spitfire has mentioned above.

@Spitfire, i do remember the pics you'd posted. I even asked you where you had picked them up from.
