My 1:24 Jaguar XK120...

This is officially the 1st road car that was able to achieve the top speed of 120 mph way back in 1948. It dominated the race track, confounded it's critics and amazed the public.

The wire wheels and 6-cylinder, twin carburetted DOHC XK engine

Its a Italeri 1:6 scale MotoGP bike. It costs anywhere between $80
to $140 before tax and shipping. You can also checkout Tamiya (japan).
Tamiya makes the best finishing. There are other companies like,
Hasegawa, ModelCraft, Revell etc. It will take atleast a week to build it,
if you put in 2 - 3 hours a day. Because it has a lot of intricate parts
that need to be cut, sanded, glued and painted. Infact this model is not
yet finished. If its properly finished, and weathered, it will be very hard to
distinguish it from a real bike.

I will post the complete kit and "how to build scale models" in a
new thread.
I have more than 2 dozen bikes in my collection. 1:6, 1:9 & 1:12 sizes.
Many are still unfinished. I will post them as I get time.
