Overseas shops too ship to India. Most collectors I know order from
www.megamo.hk www.ck-modelcars.de
You can also try eBay.com (provided the seller is willing to ship here) but I wouldn't advise eBay.in 's GlobalEasyBuy. It doubles up the model price in the name of shipping.

If you're looking for 1/18, 1/24, 1/43 or other scales, then you won't find them. All we get in India are 1/64 cars.
You can find 1/64 pack of 3 or pack of 5 online. I don't know if they ship what's shown in the pic or just any random piece. I would rather advise you to have a look at all toy shops in your locality, along with a visit to the toy sections of every mall in your city.

Other good shops are scalearts.in, giftingnation, flipkart, amazon, snapdeal, homeshop18, firstcry...I have bought various bburago/maisto/welly models without any issue.
However, if you want to get Autoart/Kyosho/Paudi/Sunstars/CMCs, it's best to join a scale model forum and do a group buy - never pays to order just one or two models - works out very expensive.
