It costs INR13500 all inclusive. This is because it was group buy. Individual buy would be more expensive.

Any leads for availability of AutoArt Veyron and Huayra and Kyosho Phantom EWB?

AutoArt - ModelArt Bangalore has recently received new stocks. I got an email from them about the stuff. Attaching the list with this mail.

Quite possibly the ones KRN6789 got were from this stock.

I am not in the market though, for those 1:18 scale models. Unfortunately they seem to have nothing in 1:43.

I wandered into Navnit Motors BMW in Lavelle Road area this morning and saw a lovely Rallybred M3 1:43 scale model. Rs 6500 or so. Did not yield to impulse though...

I had been looking for an Aston Martin DBS Coupe scale model for a long time, but never really found one. A few days ago surfed through some scale models on www.dreamcarmodels.com and stumbled upon this 1:24 Aston Martin V12 Vantage. It's a Welly product and the details and fit/finish of the product are top-notch. The services from the aforesaid portal have been very prompt too. Looking forward to buy more as after receiving the scale model, my appetite for these Big boy's small toys have substantially increased. :D

Here are a few pictures, I would like to share:

Got the same one from amazon.in a month back. Cost me 799+50 shipping.
Adding price just to compare the pricing of two sites for future reference.

The shade is great.Detailing is decent. However the Gallardo I got with it has much better paint finish.
But overall I like the Welly V12 Vantage :D

Another addition
jeep 1:43 scale

My sis brought this from the US. She knows I'm a Punto-manic!! :)

Cool. You saved a few hundred bucks on your deal with amazon. I had to shell out Rs 1,074 to get my Aston Martin home. :p

And I have to say the detailing of the product for me is just beyond decent. Other products in the same price bracket for similar scale feel and seem tacky to be hones. Especially if you talk about the Maisto ones. Quality wise, Welly is a notch higher.

PS: Only one grouse from the product, the front RHS wheel is a wee bit out of alignment. :p
