I use my Polaroid eye-wear as a filter. It cuts down the glare off the surface of the objects especially on cars kept under the sun.

I took one recently in peak summer at around 1:30PM. I am not at all good at PS, so someone should work on it for me.

Here is the pic:

I dont think this pic qualify for this thread unless lots of PS is done. This is just an example for which I have used my polarized eye-gear.

"Rehaan: why is the picture named R1"

My mistake was working on two Images (R1 and a CRB) and hence the confusion.

TG, have you changed your tyres? They look like BFG's. Last I saw you had some rally spec JK's.

TG, the reflections look a little harsh.... maybe you could change that a bit in PS. Otherwise, awesome photo.

, TG its a superb picture and you can probably lighten the reflection on the car and with that background, it will be great.

TG, for these kind of shots, your reflections should be clean, that means no tree reflections on the car. The reflections are too busy.

Yikes! nooo, no, no. Reflections are very important in auto photography, you need massive reflections, but clean ones. You have to compose such that clean sky or sunset is reflected on the car. See this shot from Rudra, polariser would kill this image.

@rudra- amazing PP and Composition

one little request, could we add some sheen to the black sidewalls of the tyres? it would make the picture....picture perfect
