Ask them to complain on PGPortal. Paytm will send people home immediately and complete the KYC.

My mother's Amazon Pay KYC was due so we arranged for an appointment via portal.
The person came promptly and only cross checked her PAN & Passport.
Did not take any copies.
We had uploaded her PAN & Passport on the Amazon site for pre-verification.
Confirmation SMS & Email were received subsequently.
And voila, the Amazon Pay limit went up from Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 Lakh.

Then while casually talking to him regarding PayTm KYC, he mentioned that his friend who was waiting for him in the parking does KYC.
He called his friend up and the person verified my Aadhar & scanned my finger print and all was done.
Received confirmation from PayTm via SMS & Email that the KYC was complete.

Then I asked him to complete my mom's PayTm KYC.
Being a very senior citizen, due to loss of elasticity in her fingers, she was unable to get her KYC done as the finger print verification could not happen.
The guy suggested we visit local center and get it done there.
Mom is not keen so we will drain her account and let it lapse.
