these websites are using my spy pics without my permission. just check the 'www.pakwheels.com.'
where is my name??

' Tushky © 2007'. there is ' pakwheels.com' written on my name. what should i do now?? they are using my pictures under their name without my permission.please suggest me something. they are using many pictures from Tbhp

Next time before you post pics on the net or send them to anyone make sure you write your name across the image, IMO its next to impossible to prevent people from stealing pics and posting it on their websites nd this move might ensure that atleast indirectly you get credit for the pics you take. All the pics taken by V12 and Gordon have team-bhp written across them. Maybe you should have a look at some of their pictures.

I think one of the legal experts on the forum can write a short notice for you which you can send to the webmaster of the website threatening legal action against them for unauthorised use of the pictures. That usually works wonders in most situations.

Can one of the legal experts here help Tushky please?

yes, i dont have any objection on using my spypictures. but i have objection on their name. they are using under their name. the should have ask me before.or they should have notice sourse of pic. can anyone help me please??

Just request the webmaster or moderator to include your name, List the link from where the photos were first published.

Darn! That sucks! See if you can contact them and give them a piece of your mind. They have to give you credit and acknowledgement for using your photos.

the user nickatnite has also posted lots of other pics of from team bhp on pakwheels including pics from the speedrun, the vinatage nd classic car rally in mumbai, the maybach pics etc

hes also blanked out team-bhp from many of the pics

Watermark your images next time around. Watermarks cannot be removed easily without messing up the picture.
