RIP both of them.
the guy who died bought his bike few months back for 7 lakh (2nd hand bike).
Media people are saying that the honda bike can go upto 480 kmph damn man. thats wrong. missguiding people.
Superbikes on the roads have limiters. Even Hayabusa have limiters. limited top speed 300 kmph @ 186 mph.

Who knows if those guys were racing around? It is just they have superbikes and met with the accident, means they were racing. On expressway, we have few villages on both the sides. You know how well they can hype up the things.

Today i had seen 9 accidents on the road.
Seems, effect after the earthquake.

Please throw some light on this thread BHPians. Today one more bad accident on expressway, noida this mornig.

The media definitely has nothing better to do than to magnify such tragic events ....

Lets just say a prayer for the 2 who died in the accident and learn that public roads ain't the place for going fast , doesn't matter how fast or what speeds your machine can reach . Save the heroics for the track coz thats what it was designed for .

RIP !!

See, highways to haridwar, nainital and many many many places are pathetic.
People are not getting people roads to drive, so they don't know how to drive at normal conditions i.e safe.

on the highways, people just thrash their cars, left and rights.
No dividers on the highways, it is a risky job to overtake the vehicles and the trucks.

Why don't they make highways like the agra one atleast we can have less accidents on the roads.

Why CM of U.P is stressing just on AGRA? Why not other places in U.P?

We already have a good highway to agra, and now taj express?
Because of common wealth games.

Govt. is getting so much of money for the roads. What people are getting? Torn highways? no dividers?

People are getting proper tips on driving.

Why govt. is not getting strict to the companies for the security norms?

This is what i'm trying to prove.

If janta will not get the cars with good security norms, they have to buy good cars.

In America, first preference is security. If the car cant pass the security tests then the govt. don't allow them to launch it.

What about Indian Govt.?

Mr. Jagdish Khattar declared that M800 and Omni is much safer car than merc. or as safe as merc. whateva that was.
We had a lot of discussion on this topic. so it is an off topic.

So, govt. shouldnt be blamed for such accidents? If they provide good highways, if they provide good cars with good security norms. Dont you think accidents numbers will shoot down?

This is very sad and certainly a waste of budding talent and racing is no offence but being cautious and on guard should be a priority because many a time people get killed because of others fault and negligence. The urge to speed thrills but many a time kills as well and its very sad to have these young people killed like this.

Deepest sympathies to the families and friends and May their souls rest in peace.

Hyundai.Lover, I'll go with khaadu here. Just can't understand what you're trying to put across.

As he said, it's only the driver to blame here.

In this accident its the driver to blame and in such accidents, the respective drivers are to be blamed - who don't know the limits of their rides. If they don't know, then they should stick to limits - its safe for everyone.

Few min. back i got a mail from my friend.
Hunt for bike thrills kills 2 in Noida-Delhi-Cities-The Times of India

please check this out.
One newspaper saying it was a race and now this one.
"A resident, who claimed to have seen the "race", said, "We saw some motorcyclists do stunts like riding with one wheel up in the air. ""

Claimed. Stunt is not a race i guess.

You can't BUT BLAME the driver of the mentioned vehicle .
Totally Agree with you...It is only the driver to blame...you should know at what speed to drive in a city speciallt when it was loaded with passengers (and kids too)

1. Why did the Santro guy do 120 when the limit was 80?
2. Did everyone in that Santro wore seatbelts? Its require by Indian Law. Did they follow this.

Its very difficult to control the car at high speeds during a curve on our roads, and 120kmph on a santro is taking full risk, knowing that the car is very light weight and on stock rubber....so whats next if your lucky you cheat the risk,or your in it...

I will go with khaadu.Government is on a mission to improve roads and they will improve roads.
Its we as people should learn not to unleash all the fury in the bonnet on the road whenever we get a chance. What will the government do if the nut behind the wheel just wants to test the limits of his car?

Diabloo bro. - OoppSS!! bombed me with ques. lol kidding

What so special about Agra highways?
Width is not good but atleast we have a divider. Other highways too width is not good but they cant make them as express ways, but atleast they can divide the traffic.

They are converting & are in the process. It can't happen overnight.
Where? When? Which one? Taj Express, forget that. We all know why govt. is after common wealth games. It is just Taj Express and what about other highways?

What security norms must Govt introduce?
Duh!! Are you trying to make fun of me or you really don't know?

Prove what?
I was trying to prove that govt. is also involved, somewhere or the other.

What do you mean by good car? Why don't everybody buy good cars?
Again You really don't know? Strange.

What is the proof that M800 is safer then a Merc?
Same ques goes to people, Where is the proof? If he had given such strong statement and trying to missguide people through media.

Tell me:
1. Why did the Santro guy do 120 when the limit was 80?
Please read carefully, i said the limit use to be 80 kmph but now a big red cross on the 80 kmph board. Means FreeWay. No Speed Limits.
2. Did everyone in that Santro wore seatbelts? Its require by Indian Law. Did they follow this.
Please read again, i'm not the wittness and i had clearly mentioned the police told me about this. Please Man... What happened to you? Earthquake Effect? lol just kidding man

Why not list the safety norms? So that Govt can read them & make them the Law.
