Hey GTO,
the upgrade looks amazing.
I had a small problem though. When one logs in to www.team-bhp.com and is greeted by the new homepage and goes to the test drives section and clicks on the add your TD, the link just opens a blank page with nothing on it. I mean there is no way to post about your vehicle.
Does anyone else have the same problem or is it only a problem here?

Congratulations to everyone at team-bhp.. the new homepage is fabulous.
I have recently joined this community and must say that it is a great place with very informed participants.
Its good fun to browse through discussions.

One small issue, some of the links on the new homepage open in a new window or tab. Shouldnt they open in the same window? What purpose do they serve by opening in a new window?

I guess this upgrade still leaves room for more, I would like to once again request if an Alternate Fuel Tech Section could be provided, It would do a lot of help to the community and users to discuss various Alternate fuel systems,technology and usage pertaining to the Indian Scenario.

The new page looks great, It would look better if the Links Options could also have Grey backgrounds, cause the Red looks empty on the black background.

Dont worry, we havent forgotten about your great suggestion. It has been noted on our fairly extensive lists of possible improvements / additions for phase 2 and onwards.

Two points reg the images in TBHP Garage & Classifieds:

1. Can the images be a little bigger ?
. In the Classifieds, the term used is "supersize", but the image isn't really so.

2. Do we need to have the word "supersize" below the thumbnail images in the Classified ad's ?

BUSA had PM'ed me about this last week. It has been taken care of. New ads will have a larger size pic show up in "supersize".

Do you mean the ones from the old marketplace? You will find them in the Shifting Gears section.

GTO, in the Classifieds section, can we have a list/link which shows all/latest items sold ? Maybe the link can be the label in the Statistics window itself.

Also, when we open any ad in the Classifieds, the heading at the top left corner says : "HOME > Sale > (category)".

This could be better as : "CLASSIFIEDS > Sale > (Category) ".

Typically, "Home" on a web-site is the home-page. In this particular case, the word "home" is referring to "Classifieds home".

Hi Condor

1. I will check for a hack that lists the sold items.

2. The Classifieds is actually an add-on to our forums, though it works pretty well by itself too. Hence the home tag.

Since this is a new area for us, there are still some bugs to be sorted out. We are taking care of this as and when they are reported to us. Once this is complete, we may move on to enhancements on that section.
