thanks for the info surya sorry about the name mix up =P
uh another question regarding the tyre pressure monitor
when we rotate the tyres do you have to swap sensors so that the indications coincide with the tyre indication???
does it cover the spare rim?

No, the display reads the sensors as per their location in the different corners, so the rotation does not upset the geometry of which tyre is in which corner. The spare tyre also has a sensor, but it does not give a pressure readout on demand - the display only starts beeping and flashing when pressure drop between this and other tyres is >3psi. The beeping can be stopped by pressing the left adjustment knob on the dashboard, but the flashing continues until the issue is attended to.

When the spare wheel is put to use and the ignition turned on again, the sensor for it is automatically detected and a pressure + temperature readout received.

what?

the TPMS does display the pressure of the spare tyre too- both while starting the car & on demand, atleast in my car.

Raj: You must have got the old meter - the new twin-pod meter doesn't display the spare tyre readout.

Not of any particular advantage, since the pressure displays and the beeping and flashing happens when the the pressure is low. So the purpose of TPMS is served.

AgBenny,
The costs for Door opening blue LEDs are Rs.500 all inclusive. My car colour being black was not so visible in the night times and had couple of cyclists/two wheelers come too close to the car when the door was open. So, the need of the LEDs on the doors!!

Some more to follow!!
Thanks for the info about the LED. Last day I saw a Verna guy made registration number with LEDs. I want to have some too, But not sure where to fix to get the nice looks.
I like the alloy wheels (looks similar to Safari's :-)
You have changed the OE Audio sets, did you lost the steering mounted controls too?

Thanks,

Hi Agbenny, Thanks for your notes. I changed the OE Audio set, but also purchased a universal Scoche unit from US and got it installed for having the functionality.

I am planning to go for a Pioneer two Din CD/MP3
