A very basic doubt arises :

If it were officially banned by law, how come MOST cars flaunt Blue-this and Blue-that as features to market their products ? It is avl in most cars (top variants, of course) now, starting from the Nano and the Alto 800 !

This must be some stunt by the Mumbai Police or Traffic Dept I guess ! Is there a SC ruling on it like in the case of pollution norms and seat belts (both front and rear) and electronic headlight adjustment, etc ? If yes, Pl educate.
