No I Haven't tried them. This is the first time I ordered for a perfume online and didn't like (my own views) its fragrance.

If you are new to the world of perfumes then I would advise you to first go and try the fragrance at some good perfume shop (malls etc.). Once you use a perfume then you will be in a better position to order online.

Actually, everybody's choice differs from one another. E.g. I ordered (from SnapDeal) the DavidOff Deo without any idea about its fragrance. I personally feel that its fragrance is not worth (1000/-). If you add few more hundreds then you can get Versace Blue (for Men) 'Perfume', which I again personally feel, is better than DavidOff Deo in terms of fragrance and longer periods.

Cheers!

Welcome mate, to the world of olfactory nirvana. Believe me, once you get hooked to the tantalising aroma you will never look back. I agree with Irish, better to go to a mall and check out yourself.

On the side note, you need to know why you want wear it?

1. To impress someone
2. To use it everyday
3. For parties or special occasion
4. To be confident that you smell good

I personally like cool water, I am yet to refill the stock. Good luck for you and please update this thread about your choice.

From your experience, can you please let us know if there are good online stores (india) from where the perfumes can be bought from?

Welcome to the world of perfume. The smell of various perfumes can be very addictive and makes you want to own most of those.

Anyways, you can try Davidoff Coolwater, Gio by Giorgio Armani, The One by Dolce and Gabbana. All 3 of these are long lasting.

Make sure you test them once atleast before ordering. Each person has a different smell power. So you are best judge for yourself.

From what i have used, i always felt the fragrance from deo is not the same as perfume. it is similar but not the same. Also i noticed Deo are not as long lasting as perfume. At least its the case with my body. May be deo gets absorbed more than perfume in my case. :)

Guys, do you know any reliable place in Pune where I can buy perfume ? I heard many times we end up getting duplicate perfumes even after paying good amount of money.

Any Shopper stop or Lifestyle outlet, they are reliable and no duplicates as per my experience.

Thanks mate for the prompt response, +1, actually today I almost bought the Dior Farenheit, I like the scent but wanted to buy something which lasts long especially in Indian weather. But, then one can hardly go wrong with Dior/Chanel/YSL :thumbs up
