A "chhatri" in the middle like that... let's see... the Gadisar Lake at Jaisalmer has such a structure. But then no hills can be seen in my pics, though there are some visible in the background in your pic. AFAIR it was a pretty flat terrain in Jaisalmer.

The Dilwara temple is a Jain temple, there are no Nandi statues there, and in any case photography is forbidden inside. But you're close, so why not give it one more try?
