Home Purchase: Gurgaon vs Dwarka?

Anyways, saw Dwarka today. It is not like the rest of delhi - the roads are clean - actual roads unlike gurgaon - hardly any dust - and the airplane's noise is frankly bearable. And the metro rules. Even more undecided.

Did some quick numbers and it seems that career turbulences dictate prudence for a while.
