Which big-wig is out? Spain were overwhelming favourites before the world cup and are even now. And the Dutch are another eternal favourites. Am just hoping that the Dutch go back to their older playing style and provide us an entertaining match

Like harry10 I also have a sinking feeling that the Dutch will win. But hope that doesnt happen. I love Spain!!

I certainly found Dutch side disgusting against Brazil. Lots of play-acting and roughness in their play. They bordered on being cheats.

That is harsh. While I certainly do not condone the practice of falling down and rolling on the floor like one has been shot, a foul is still a foul. Robben made the best of it during the Brazil game, but then he is (in)famous for that and he certainly was being fouled. The red card foul by Melo was disgusting, and certainly deserved what he got. Dutch made quite a few fouls of their own, but got away with it, specially Van Bommel. All in all, they had a plan in the second half to not let Brazil play and they succeeded. Good tactics, I say. They will do more of the same against Spain to disrupt their passing rhythm. Expect lots of free kicks in the middle of the park. Except Robben, who has great talent and great acting skills, which is distatsteful to say the least.

The creators of possession football will have to watch the Spaniards do it perfectly.

This dream squad of Spain most certainly deserves the world cup

Xavi-Iniesta-Fabregas-Silva

I dont think there has been a team atleast in recent past that has had this quality in the bench that most of them could have walked straight into the first XI had it been any other team

Well, Brazil were no angels either. They played equally dirty against Portugal.

Between, against the Dutch, i was supporting Netherlands. Somehow i dont like the Brazil team since the days of Romario and gang. Always feel they are overconfident for their own good.

Actually even I would say it was disgusting the way Robben acted in both the matches. He might have great talent but he looses all the respect whenever he decides to fall down. I used to hate Italy for the same reason and stopped supporting Neds when Van Der Sar acted in 94 Worldcup. Rivaldo was another big time cheater. I wish that Robben would really get a red card for his distasteful acting. Van Bommel is a very rough player and if there is a strict referee in the final then he is bound to get a Red, he was lucky to survive the semi-final. Atleast the spanish side is playing quite cleanly and I would support them just for that (and also the fact that they've beaten Germany)

Yes, Spain vs Germany semi final was a neat and clean match with hardly one or two yellow cards shown.

In fact, not a single card was shown, which i believe is unprecedented for a WC semi final
