Pray that god be on his side to recover asap. This should be taken up with the Ferrari officals too! But i guess thats the next stage for now lets just pray for him.

Yes, just like i was informed, the front is intact.
The rear half of the car looks pathetic. I always thought the Ferrari's tyres were not proper sport-racing compound tyres. Looks similar to bridgestone S322s .

Hope him a speedy recovery. India will remain India, i have seen cows on the expressway(can you beat that)

when in delhi i had taught this dog a good lesson ...heheheh .. i was doing about 120 in a pre-v2 indica ....i saw this dog group playing on the bhatinda-hissar highway ... i braked ...downshifted..but did not know what to do ...as so many dogs running around ...hahhahaha...finally i did purposely hit one dawg at mbbe 10-20 kph .....hehheheh tha manner in which it just ran away was like ..hahhahah ..henceforth that particular dog will always remember not to play on the road and to look in both directions before crossing the road..

Maybe. But each day I travel around Mumbai, I see it progressing.

Hope the Guy gets well soon.

Last weekend(15th Jan) when I was at ECR there were quite a number of Speed Barricades put up by the Police.During a routine paper check at one Check Post they asked us to drive Safely as just then 2 guyz in a Pulsar died on ECR.
The PRIMARY REASONS for most of the accidents in ECR are
* Lack of Road Median
* People don't know the Limits of their Car/Bike
* Stray Animals and People(But we should remember that this Road is not a Closed on sides Expressway. It passes thorugh a lot of Villages/Amusement Parks etc so IT IS UPTO THE DRIVER TO BE PREPARED FOR STRAY INTRUSIONS)

You will be surprised to know that there are a lot of Accidents on ECR where the Car's Overturn at Sharp Curves or Hit Stationary Vehicles.

Sad to find out. hope he recovers soon. any idea how the acciendent actually took place ?

abt animals ...even a dog can cause serious damage to the car at high speeds ...

Mainly A-L-C-O-H-O-L.

Well, I'm just now seeing the pictures. Looks like he went into the tree sideways. God knows where they put the fuel tank in these things.

Car looks fixable though.

ferrari crashed ! thats a blip..hope that did not go as bad as some1 would have thought after seeing those pics..wishing him a swift recovery..

Owning supercars/superbikes comes with a high speed and high responsibility, that too when you are sombodies husband and have lil kids. In which they depend on you very much. I wish him to get well soon.

well driving any car/bike needs a good dose of sanity, caution, defensiveness and even fear. Yes you can harm yourself/vehicle. But think of what you'll have to live with for life cause you wanted to take the vehicle to its limits, rather than stay that 15% under it, on public roads, and you manage to kill someone because of that. Machines, tyres, roads, other users - everything has an error/failure rate. Respecting that somewhat will help reduce fatalities and injury, if not accidents themselves.

I see a whole family of 4 on a single bike often. What do u think about that?
90% of kid's parents who ride two wheelers don't wear helmets..What about this too?
