that dude mostly roams in his z3 or a modified lancer . have seen him screwing people twice the same way . one of them was a guy who was in a merc sl350 i guess .guess it was a year back...i was at bites , a place at carter road , and right opposite that this dude had parked his merc right in the middle of the road ...there were no cars that day ...was very breezy so left it for few minutes and went to citibank ... now this z3 comes with 2 gypsys , it had way to go from the right but still it stopped behind the merc...i got a little excited coz i had already seen and heard bout rane's body guards beating up people coming in their way , etc , etc , newayz got excited thinking that this time it wont be possible as its a dude who owns a sl350 in india..but still after around 15-20 seconds of honking , ranes body guards got out of the gypsys and this guy was getting back form the bank ..and as he was getting into his car , they caught his collar , punched him around 3-5 times and threw him in his car...omg i feel bad for that guy but was really funny ...heights of illiteracy

Hillarious ... we r talking about a totally different scenario here so lets not confuse that !!! And about ur idea/suggestion of running away and not STOPPING ... what if the driver of the Endeavour is a real gud driver and he catches up with you ... He's gonna be 20 times more pissed and maybe you wont get away with a bloody nose only ..

I dunno about what you have seen or experienced in life .. but lets not be Hindi movie ishtyle , or story book style .... I can picturise a Haryana/Punjab ministers escort catching you -- WHOA , it aint a pretty site at all ..

For all the guys who never been in such a situation ... Just remember when you see a vehicle with an escort just let it pass and if it crawls to a super slow speed .. u shud do the same and stay behind !! So what if you get a bit late .. better late than a bleeding nose . Also never try cutting into a convoy or trying to overtake it ... its just a ego trip these B******s live on and wanna feel powerful while they up there coz they know there may be no tomorrow ... thats politics !!! During the terrorism days in Panjab and for a long time after that .. ppl wud stay as far away from a convoy with escorts and things coz it was always dangerous being around them coz one never knew when and where the terrorists might be lying in wait for them .. ;-) -- STAY AWAY .. STAY SAFE !!!

Cheers

well said.

Important to know our odds before we get into a confrontation. Need to be even more careful when we have elderly people and/or women & children with us. We are responsible for their safety when - while driving, and till we reach destination.

normally_crazy,

Its a sorry state of affairs that has made this happen to you. Glad you and your relatives are relatively unscathed. You/Team-BHP should put this incident up in the newspapers - lets show these SOB sods their real place in the world - behind bars for life.

Then I suggest you start a blog. When you are in Team-BHP you will adhere to the rules and follow the advice of moderators. I am surprised you don't understand or appreciate the importance of moderation in Internet forums or while driving.

You are right. Moderation of a forum like this is a tough job and you are doing what is required. My views are sometimes eccentric and do not necessarily apply to others.

I would advice you to forget it and carry on with your life. If he ever happens to cross your path again, then do make sure he pays for it bigtime.

Its best to not go ahead for media and stuff.

However Much I Agree With You'll On Making Him Pay For His Mistake Dearly..

What R You Gonna Get By It??

Its Just A Reason For Inviting More Trouble!!!!!

I don't advocate running from the police. It is against the law and dangerous. You are changing the scenario here.

I too feel thats a better idea ... seems we headed for debates and arguements in PM mode !!! Never know who mite take offence to something we say that may be considered wrong ... and thus leading to a waste of effort that is put into posting , after all time is precious !!!

I hope we aint going OT here with this post as well ??? Wudn't wanna get a LOUD WARNING for going of topic ...

Cheers
