I can’t comment on the 3% statistics, but since work from home has started, the amount of commute time saved by not going to office daily is a bliss and has resulted in more productive time with family and friends. There is less stress by not indulging in office chit chat or politics and focus is more towards completing office tasks soon and spend time with family.
