This still seems to be happening. My car is parked in Hyderabad, and I got a charge for 120Rs. at Khatkar Toll Haryana.

Have raised a dispute, hope this is resolved.
I can't help but wonder how much money people must be losing because of such frauds. This surely seems like another scam/fraud. Can probably call it The Toll Gate Scam :Frustrati

I faced this issue as well. Rs.100 deducted at Mahasamudram toll plaza(Andhra Pradesh). I have never crossed this toll however they deducted 100rs when I was in bangalore. I raised a ticket via ICICI fastag portal, but the toll guys rejected the claim from ICICI saying that I crossed the toll. I asked for the proof but till now they have not shared any proof. Of course they won't have any proof but they are not responding and ICICI has kept the ticket open. Its already 30+ days now.

Chargeback has been rejected by acquirer bank with remarks (Vehicle has crossed at toll plaza in mentioned date and time PFA evidence for your reference) however again we are processing/Following it further for refund with ACQ Bank in Pre-Arbitration Window.
