Actually they do it on purpose I guess. It's the same for most of the village themed Restaurants nowadays (like Ohri's Nautanki Galli in HiTech City and The Village in InOrbit here). They create a village ambience and many of the theme shops (part of the decor) are made to have this kind of weirdly spelt boards.
