Globally the M/ML (AMG) in murdered out is like almost the de facto camera car. Have also seen cayennes and X5s, but it has been mostly M classes that I have seen. (Late 2000s and early 2010s)

In fact, some adverts shot in India had the same setup for shooting. So guess they are looking at the ability to pickup speed quickly, suspension system with taut body control and space to hold the equipments inside.

A Maybach finally makes it to the collection! I say finally cos this has been long time in the making. They originally planned to have the W222 S Bach, but due to some delays they had to then settle for an S350d and even after ordering this one, they waited a good chunk as the spec was quite unique.

The car is finished in Designo Emerald Green with all the quintessential Bach options like the fancy suspension, Burmester audio and some blingy 23s, they've opted for a full black interior against such an exterior cos it's replacing the RR Autobiography in the garage and would see a lot of daily use.

Missing updates on the quirky wheels that are already inside/about to join the 369 garage, especially ones of the 80s/90s/00s vintage. They have a special emotional connect. These imported gems from the height of the license raj days shone bright among the humdrum of 800s, Fiats, Ambys etc... on our roads.
In a sea of expensive shiny celebrity rides, it's these long forgotten beauties that are more exclusive, more special.

Yes, relatively new purchase but Range Rovers seem to do very short stints with them. When the new Defender joined the garage, the RR was mostly retired to family duties and now with the addition of the GLS, it's almost pointless having it next to these two. Not to forget the G63 and all other older SUVs which are a more permanent part of the collection.

It's gone to the same group that's bought their dark blue LC200 and Cayenne S previously.

Sad to see the RR go. I remember even that was uniquely specced and they waited a while for delivery.

Interesting to see them really going for Mercs these days - G63 AMG, Maybach, Test drive of the A45 AMG...

It's raining Mercs in 369 garage. There was a time when the Cuprite Brown E-Class was the only Mercedes in their collection. G63 AMG in 2021, 2 V-Classes last year, a pre-owned W222 S500 earlier this year, GLS Maybach and now the A45 AMG is also likely to join the company soon. Also, I came to know from a trusted source that one more Mercedes is supposed to get delivered within a couple of months. It is said to be the replacement for silver W222 S350d.

Wow ! I think this could be the first Maybach amongst film celebs in Kerala and it looks great

Slightly off topic : Amongst the Range Rover, Maybach GLS & Cullinan , how do they rank when it comes to passenger comfort ? Not off-roading capabilities, driving dynamics or status symbol. Just pure passenger ride comfort.
